By using the Tyme app (“Tyme”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Tyme.
2. Description of Service
Tyme, developed by Tyme Labs Inc. (“Tyme Labs”), is a real-time social calendar app offering users the ability to create tasks, events, itineraries, communities, share media, and connect with others. Features include weather forecasts, news updates, public and private circles, an AI assistant, and more. All user data is end-to-end encrypted.
3. User Accounts
a. Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tyme. In jurisdictions requiring a higher minimum age (e.g., 16 or 17), those age restrictions apply.
b. Account Creation:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain its accuracy.
c. Account Security:
You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Conduct
a. Prohibited Activities:
You may not use Tyme to post illegal, harmful, or infringing content or engage in activities that violate laws or infringe on the rights of others.
b. Community Guidelines:
Treat others respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
5. Content
a. Ownership:
You retain ownership of content you post, provided you hold the necessary rights.
b. License to Tyme Labs:
By posting content, you grant Tyme Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display it for the app’s purposes.
c. Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party rights.
6. Privacy
Your use of Tyme is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website and app.
7. Subscription Services
a. Fees:
Some Tyme features require a subscription. You agree to pay the applicable fees.
b. Cancellation:
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but no refunds are provided for unused periods.
8. Consumables
Certain in-app purchases are classified as consumables (e.g., tokens or premium features). These are non-refundable and expire as specified.
9. Vouchers
Tyme Labs may offer vouchers that provide subscription benefits or access to features for a limited time.
These vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to expiration dates as specified by Tyme Labs.
Vouchers are provided for promotional purposes and are not refundable, exchangeable, or extendable.
Tyme Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue voucher offerings at any time.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to vouchers will result in the immediate termination of the voucher and any related benefits.
10. Third-Party Services
Tyme may integrate with third-party services. Tyme Labs is not liable for their practices. Review their privacy policies and terms independently.
11. Third-Party Ads
Tyme may display ads. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of advertisers.
12. Termination
Tyme Labs may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. No Warranty:
Tyme is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
b. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyme Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tyme.
14. Changes to Terms
Tyme Labs may update these Terms. Changes will be communicated through Tyme or other means. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
